2 x :45 Hollow Hold
2 x :30 Squat Hold (no walls)

Reverse Lunges (3 3 3 )
Work up to 3 on each leg at 75-80% if possible.
This is supersetted with an unweighted box step up. Your leg should be high enough on the box that you are in a full squat position.
