180731 Mars Invasion Day #2

Metcon (Time)
TEDs you will be attacking the invaders, you’ll be humanities vanguard, many of you will not make it but you’ll be able to provide valuable information; you will perform:
Mile Run when done you have 2:00 to pull heaviest DL possible
Miles will be averaged…
DLs will be averaged…
By the end of the day every TED will need to sign the TED mission statement or be CAST OUT.

Bushwookies (you’ll need to come prepared again) you have a less aggressive approach. You’re more interested in camouflage and tactical preparation. You’ll be working on your craft of the expert art of survival.

2:00 Hang from Bar (only 3 drops allowed)
Wall Sit :45 (no breaking)
