Grace (Time)
For Time:
30 Clean and Jerks, 135# / 95#

Do a complete round of grace with just a barbell, if barbell is too heavy do with PVC pipe. Go at intensity. Rest 3:00. Add weight (95/65) do 10 reps at intensity. Add weight to 135/95 and do 2 sets of 5 at intensity. Then build up to CJ ~30-50 pounds heavier than Grace weight. Rest 2:00 and get after it!
