“Verdant Fit is a community dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle. We prioritize our health and fitness by making time to exercise and by fueling our bodies with proper nutrition. We are inspired to help people move better and feel better through our program that emphasizes sustainable, long term health and wellness.
We are not a quick fix. We do not hope for overnight transformation. Instead, we are invested in improving the quality of your life one movement, one session, one day at a time. We will provide the resources and support you need to become your healthiest, strongest, and fittest self.
WHAT WE DO
We know how valuable time is to you and that there never seems to be enough hours in the day. In an hour or less, you will get a great workout that is fun, creative, and challenging in a welcoming and energetic environment.
Our highly qualified coaches will guide you through a workout that incorporates the 4 elements of Verdant Fitness – Core, Cardio, Strength, & Flexibility. Each workout is designed specifically to develop core strength, shed fat and increase lean muscle, improve flexibility, and generally make you feel better from the inside, out.
While workouts are typically moderate to high intensity, Verdant Fit offers multiple movement levels to choose from to guarantee you feel comfortable (and are getting the most out of) performing each exercise.
