CrossFit - L1
Adrienne’s passion for athletic performance began on the track. As a collegiate track and field athlete at Pacific Lutheran University, she thrived on competition, discipline, and pushing her limits. After earning her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, she sought a new challenge — and found it in CrossFit.
Introduced to the sport shortly after college, Adrienne was drawn in by its unmatched intensity and supportive community. In September 2023, fresh out of graduate school, she took her very first CrossFit class — and she hasn’t looked back since.
Adrienne continued to deepen her expertise, earning her Master’s in Athletic Training from Boise State University. Today, she serves as the Head Athletic Trainer at Columbia High School, where she supports athletes in achieving their highest potential while prioritizing injury prevention and recovery.
Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys quality time with her family and her dogs — often blending her love for fitness and the outdoors into her everyday life. Her journey from competitive athlete to dedicated trainer is driven by the same motivation she instills in her athletes: the relentless pursuit of becoming stronger, faster, and better each day.
