About Bay Sanin

Bay is from Claremont, CA. Prior to moving to Boise in 2022, Bay ran 400m hurdles and the 4x400m relay for Cal Poly SLO. There at Cal Poly, she fell in love with lifting, particularly cleans and kettlebell swings. She graduated with her bachelor’s in 2017. Shortly after that, Bay joined a CrossFit gym in Southern California. She loosely followed CrossFit over the next several years. Bay joined Verdant in the fall of 2022 and fell in love with the community. In her free time, Bay loves to laugh, cook, volunteer, be outside and pet all the dogs.
