Macey grew up in Boise and now loves raising her family in this area. Hoping to find a new way to remain active after playing college soccer, she began CrossFit in 2013.
Macey is currently a 5th-grade teacher and loves working with kids. She is one of the Kids Crossfit coaches at the North location and has a ton of fun with it! She finds high value in an active lifestyle for her, her husband, and two kids and they all love attending Verdant!
Some of Macey’s favorite aspects of CrossFit include the competition, community, the opportunity for growth, feeling strong, learning new skills, and pushing herself.
