Program Description

We have been running a dedicated gymnastics class for 10 years out of Verdant CrossFit. Similar to our Barbell Club we began this class so we could devote extra, specialized attention to some of the most complicated movements that we perform. We run this class once a week on the weekend to allow anyone to come and spend structured time without the constraint of the regular CrossFit programming. We work on literally everything in this class AND we take requests from our community each week. If people want to work on the ring muscle-up we change the plan so that we can address that as soon as possible.
